The Indoor Basics Course is a 10 week program that covers all the fundamental movements of Parkour and provides a comprehensive introduction to the philosophies and training methods behind Parkour. For Term 1, 2012 you can join the program at any point. Click here for the 2012 program.
The Indoor Basics course is open to all skill levels, from those just starting out to the more advanced who may wish to polish their technique and learn more about Parkour. Classes are open to people aged 12 and over.
