Raising the Bar is an upper body and core strengthening class focused around calisthenics exercises like chin ups, pushups, dips and variations focusing on core muscles. The class will aim to challenge students regardless of their physical fitness with a supportive atmosphere.
The benefits of this class will include increased strength, power, muscle mass, endurance, functional strength and weight loss and will enhance parkour, crossfit, weightlifting and other types of fitness training. More details
LA VIE DU SAUT (The life of the jump)Every Wednesday 7-9pm
La Vie du Saut is a lower body and balance conditioning class focused around getting the most out of your jump. The class involves a range of exercises includingactive injury prevention, functional flexibility, explosive strength training, plyometric power, balance and more!
The class is designed to help you jump further, land softer, avoid injury and get you really, really fit. Open to students of any fitness level and not just for Parkour practitioners, La Vie du Saut is about having fun, getting a work out and discovering the life of the jump. More details
